Kelsy has served as Helen’s Daughters’ Finance Officer since January 2022. He also works in the accounting departments at the Saint Lucia Air & Sea Ports Authority and has been a team member since September 2017. Kelsy began his accounting journey in 2014, preparing budgets for a local construction company. He has further developed his skillset while pursuing his chartered accountant designation.

He holds the key responsibility of managing the organisation’s finances and works closely with the Executive Director to finalize budgets and funder reports. Kelsy enjoys a challenge, and balancing the resources of the organisation allows him to ensure HD always operates optimally. Engendering a higher quality of life for developing Caribbean states remains his central focus.
