Helen's Daughters- Membership Application Form
Helen's Daughters (HD) is a St.Lucian non-profit with a special focus on the economic development of rural WOMEN through; adaptive agricultural techniques, capacity-building, and improved market access. Helen's Daughters was formed in 2016 in a winning proposal for UN Women Empower Women Champions for Change Program.
The aim of our organization focuses on six principal areas:
A. Expanding opportunities for rural women who work in agriculture
B. Promoting financial and digital inclusion for rural women in aspects of agricultural outputs
C. Fostering female entrepreneurship and enhancing the productivity of women-owned enterprises.
D. Enhancing the voices of rural women in decision-making related to agricultural policy and beyond
E. Eliminating legal barriers to female economic empowerment
F. Reducing gender pay gaps in the agricultural sector
HELEN'S DAUGHTERS MEMBERSHIP CODE OF CONDUCT
A full-fledged member of Helen’s Daughters ought to abide by the following terms and conditions:
-Members must attend a minimum of 50% of meetings and events each year;
-Members ought to maintain courtesy and respect to fellow members, collaborators, and any other related resource persons as behavior needs to reflect positively on the organization;
-The annual membership fee of EC $60 shall be paid by all members by the end of one calendar year;
-Members do not have the authority to make representation on behalf of Helen’s Daughters, unless requested to by the Executive Director or the Executive Board.

Please note that the membership process includes an interview, reference checks and an annual membership fee of $60 ECD. This can be made in person at our office located in Alliance Francaise (The Pyramid) at Pointe Seraphine or deposited into our First National Bank Account #6003077. Please send a picture of the receipt to 758- 287-7700. We will then follow up with a phone call from our Programme Coordinator, to finalize your membership!
