Nelcia Charlemagne is a Saint Lucian communications professional with six (6) years of experience in the related fields of media, journalism and public relations. She worked as a junior news reporter at the STAR Newspaper, a news reporter and presenter for Choice TV, and as Export Saint Lucia’s public relations officer before coming on board as Helen’s Daughters’ Communications and Social Media Officer in July 2022. 

Her work with Helen’s Daughters includes directing the organisation’s communications strategy, maintaining awareness and visibility, preparing relevant communications material, and managing all social media platforms.
